Once students have furnished their minds with the concrete grammar of a field of study, they naturally move on to asking questions, analyzing, thinking more abstractly, and making connections.
The Logic School teaches students to think critically through logical fallacies of informal and formal logic, using Aristotle's framework of five common topics (definition, comparison, relationship, circumstance, and testimony) in order to construct and analyze arguments.

Students learn to analyze arguments, identify logical fallacies, and think through complex problems.

Study of formal logic provides students with tools for clear reasoning and argumentation.

Engaging in thoughtful discussion teaches students to articulate and defend their positions.

Students begin to understand how ideas connect across different subjects and fields.
