It's a place where we can build the campus we've always envisioned, with the facilities to match the passion and potential we see in our students every single day. This is a rare, generational opportunity, and it has come with an incredible head start.

The total purchase price for the land is $2M with an additional estimate of $200,000 in initial due diligence costs. A visionary and generous donor has already stepped forward with a $1,000,000 matching grant to help us secure it. This is where our journey begins, and we have our first challenge—a wonderful and urgent one.
That $1,000,000 grant means that every dollar we raise for the land, up to $1M, will be doubled instantly. To unlock this full match, we must raise our $1M share in cash by February 4, 2026.
